Summer Tourist Tax (April 1 – October 31)
The tourist tax is € 3.30 per person (ages 16 and up) and € 2.00 (ages 6 and up); children under 6 are exempt from the tourist tax. The tourist tax is not included in the room rate. Winter Tourist Tax (Nov. 1 – Mar. 31)
The visitor’s tax is € 2.20 per person (ages 16 and up) and €1.20 per person (ages 6 and up); children under 6 are exempt from the visitor’s tax, which is not included in the room rate.
CHECK-IN
Rooms are available daily starting at 3:00 PM at the latest. Check-in is contactless via our key safe or using your smartphone as a room key! Please download the “JustIn mobile” app to your smartphone right away, register, and provide us with your cell phone number.

On the day of departure between 7 am and 11 am

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Up to 2 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total cost; from 2 days before arrival, 80%. Different cancellation policies may apply for trade shows or conferences. We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.
