We offer the most important meal of the day in the form of a breakfast buffet for € 18.- per person per day.
We source more than three-quarters of the items offered at breakfast from within a radius of less than 40 kilometers.
We’re happy to accommodate your dietary restrictions, but please let us know in advance!

C for Check-in

Check-in
Check-in is available 24 hours a day via contactless check-in using your smartphone (the Justin Mobile app) or the Keyboy. Your room will be ready for you starting at 4 pm.

Check-out
If you wish, you may enjoy your room until 11 am on the day of departure. Please contact us if you’d like to extend your stay!

You’ll find a city map in the sleeve of your key card, which you received upon arrival.

Our historic hotel, Alte Schule Lindau, is located directly across from the Inselhalle conference center. Are you attending an event at the conference center? Then we’re the perfect hotel for you - just 20 meters from the Inselhalle. We’d be happy to handle the conference room reservation for you and ensure a hassle-free check-in and luggage service! M for Minibar

Minibar
To help the environment, we’ve done away with minibars in the rooms, but you won’t have to go thirsty. In the lobby, you’ll find our “trust” fridge stocked with a few sweets and drinks. The price list is posted there, or you can let us know tomorrow at breakfast and we’ll add it to your bill.

Movie Theater
Just 100 meters from the house is Lindau’s “Parktheater” movie theater. This small theater, built in 1954 and featuring a distinctive circular foyer, shows the latest movies—including in 3D—on two screens.

P for Parking

Unfortunately, we do not have any parking spaces on the hotel grounds.
The most convenient place to park is at “P4” near the Inselhalle. You just need to cross the street once to reach our hotel.

Parking fees are as follows: 
8 am – 8 pm: € 1.80 per hour
8 pm – 11 pm: € 0.90 per hour
11 pm – 8 am: Free

To ensure a stress-free day of departure, we recommend that you pay the day before. In addition to cash, we also accept your debit card, Visa, or Mastercard.

Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay with us.

Pharmacy
There are two pharmacies on Maximilianstraße—the Hirschapotheke is just 100 meters away, and the Inselapotheke is just 200 meters away.

Phone
If you need a phone in your room, please borrow one of our cordless phones from the front desk for the duration of your stay.

Pillows
Not comfortable? Please let us know—we have a wide selection of different sizes and types!

Post Office
At the end of Maximilianstraße, turn right; after a few meters, you’ll come to the “REWE” supermarket, which also houses the post office branch for the island.

Sky
The parental control PIN for Sky is a four-digit code: the required number of zeros followed by your room number.
For example, Room 3 has 0003 and Room 15 has 0015. See also “T” for TV.

Stamps
Please affix a € 0.95 stamp for postcards sent within Germany and a € 1.25 stamp for international mail.
A letter costs €1.10 for domestic mail and € 1.20 for international mail. Don’t have a stamp on hand? Please give us your mail, and we’ll frank it for you!

Supermarket
There is a small “Netto” supermarket right next door. The entrance is located on Zwanziger Straße (behind the archway in the city wall), 20 meters down the street on the right. A larger supermarket, “Rewe,” is about 100 meters away: go through the archway and turn left onto Zwanziger Straße until you reach the next roundabout, then turn left.
