Check-IN
"Old-school" with "new norms": Restrictions due to fixed check-in times are a thing of the past for us. Check-in is exclusively contactless.
How does check-in work?
Before your arrival: When you book, please provide us with the names, addresses, and dates of birth of ALL guests arriving at the hotel. You’ll receive your room keys via our “keyboy” key safe or, brand-new: Your smartphone becomes your room key via the “JustIn mobile” app, which you’ll just need to install in advance so we can send you the digital key on the morning of your arrival.
On the day of arrival, rooms will be ready for occupancy by early afternoon at the latest. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to have the room ready for you in time.
This check-in gives you flexibility, as you can store your luggage at the hotel at any time and start your first day in Lindau stress-free.
The ECHT BODENSEE Card, with its many discounts, will be waiting for you in your room. And last but not least: Contactless doesn’t mean no contact - we’re almost always available to assist you by phone or WhatsApp.
