Bregenz Festival
The Bregenz Festival, held every year in July and August on the Lake Stage and at the Festspielhaus, offers visitors from all over the world a spectacular show. It can look back on many successful years: Operas have been performed there since 1946, attracting over 200,000 people each year.

DATES AND TICKETS FOR "La Traviata"
In 2027, the opera will be performed daily from July 21 through August 22. In July, performances begin at 9:15 pm, and in August, they begin at 9 pm. The play runs for approximately 2¼ hours (without an intermission).
Directions to the Lake Stage
By Train
Lindau Station is about an 8-minute walk from our hotel. From there, you can reach Bregenz in about 10 minutes from Lindau’s main station. Every 25 to 30 minutes, S-Bahn Line 1 toward Bludenz Station or the Regional Express will take you safely to Bregenz. From Bregenz Central Station, you can then easily reach the Seebühne in about a 5-minute walk.
By car
If you’re traveling by car, drive from our beautiful island of Lindau across the bridge to the mainland and take the first exit at the roundabout onto Bregenzer Straße/B12. Follow this road across the state border (Bregenzer Straße/B12 becomes Seestraße/B190) until you finally reach Bregenz after 4 kilometers. Here, the parking guidance system will direct you to paid large parking lots, which are no more than a 15-minute walk from the Seebühne. There are also accessible parking spaces directly at the Festspielhaus; unfortunately, however, it is not possible to reserve these.
